Web Page Requirements
WordOnNet.com will set up, and maintain your WordOnNet web page under the following terms and conditions.

A web page may include the following items but no more than what is listed. All items sent to WordOnNet must be of clear quality and should be duplicates, because items will NOT be returned.

• A bio of yourself, or ministry not to exceed 500 words
• Up to 3 photographs
• Church program with upcoming dates, events, sermons, announcements etc.
• An address for your ministry to receive contributions.
• All materials shall be in good taste and shall not include any vulgar or inappropriate language, photographs shall not include any thing that may be considered offensive or in poor taste.

Sermon Tapes:
Tapes must be of clear quality. WordOnNet is not responsible for damaged, garbled or poor quality tapes. Before sending any tapes please review them for these defects. Also it is wise to have your tapes duplicated, as no tapes will be returned.

• Tapes are to be no longer than 30 minutes in length
• Tapes (not cases) should be labeled with the following information: Name of minister, name or topic of sermon and the date. WordOnNet is not responsible for improperly labeled tapes.
• One tape may be used for a part one and part two 30minute sermon, or two separate sermons with one sermon on each side. In either case, this will constitute two sermons and the fees will apply accordingly. (Fee Schedule below)
• Tapes will be archived.
• You can also list tapes and videos on site to be purchased but not processed for audio.
• All recordings shall be of sermon like material. No recordings shall consist of vulgar, offensive or inappropriate language.

Contributions:
Any and all contributions and offerings are to be sent directly to the individual Ministry. WordOnNet will not collect, accept or receive any offering or contributions on behalf of any ministry. WordOnNet has no control over the multitude or lack thereof of any offerings, contributions, mail or ordering of any tapes or videos.

Payments:
All payments submitted to WordOnNet shall be in the form of a money order or cashier check made out to: W. Strong. Any services requested without payment may be held until payment has been received. Payments for monthly service not received prior to the 25th of any given month may result in your web page not being active for the following month. The date posted in upper right hand corner of your web page is your start date, we will not count days until your page is published live on the web.

Audio tape processing & encoding $35.00 per 30 minutes
Information update on web page $15.00
Monthly web page fee $19.95 (10% discount for 6 month payment in advance)
